Eric and I just discovered that the T-Mobile “hotspot” at Starbucks doesn’t stop at the coffee house door. Eric met me at Starbucks and we went to the deli 3 doors down for lunch, and on a whim I opened my laptop at the restaurant and the Starbucks tmobile SSID appears! So now Eric and I are sitting here, finishing our lunch and working at the same time. How geeky is that?

not as geeky as if you would have had 3 laptops sharing one wifi connection using firewire and crossover cables
