If there’s one question I’m asked over and over again about the new “Weight Watchers”:http://www.weightwatchers.com core food plan, it’s “what can I eat for breakfast?” I tend to have the same breakfast every morning: plain shredded wheat cereal mixed with fat-free yogurt and some sort of fruit. Extremely filling, all core and I’m rarely hungry again before 11:30 am. Great considering I eat breakfast before 7 am.
